Had a great stay with a comfy bed and an air purifier in the room. One downside was the narrow room with limited space for luggage, but I would definitely return!

Clean and convenient accom with handy location not far from subway and train station, the subway station and convenience stores, and Roppongi and the Tokyo Tower which lights up amazingly at night. Very helpful and decent staff, compact double room. With an electric kettle and a fridge...

Great location, very close to the station, we got to central sights quickly! The free coffee in the lobby was a real pick-me-up, especially after a long day exploring!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess you pay for the convenience.

I liked that it was fairly clean and convenient, the stuff where decent and rooms were compact. The location was handy and exceptionally nice and next to a train station. There was cafe Tully's Coffee Sengakuji, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Convenient location near a 7-Eleven for snacks.
The air conditioner was broken . I opened the window, but unfortunately, this led to getting a few mosquito bites.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the subway station. The attentive staff ensured every request was met promptly, and the cleanliness of the room contributed to a comfortable stay. Access to nearby convenience stores added to the convenience. The room felt cramped, especially with two large suitcases, and the drying facilities could use improvement as they weren't very effective.

I stayed in a Double Room for 3 nights, and honestly, it was pretty decent. The bed was comfy, and the blackout blinds were a nice touch. I liked the fact that there was a laundry area too. The room felt a bit cramped with our luggage, made moving around tricky. The location was good, close to metro stations. Staff was helpful. Not bad, but a bit tight on space!

The room had awesome amenities like air conditioning, a fridge, and a private bathroom with a bidet. Free toiletries were good too. The staff was super helpful. Plus, the spa facilities were a nice touch! Location was great-7-Eleven right next door and the subway station only a minute away. Very handy!

The room offered a decent size and was very clean, with cold AC, a mini fridge, and a comfy bed. The hotel's location is prime, just a 1-2 minute walk from the Sengakuji train station, providing easy access to both airports on the rapid train. There was also a coffee machine available during certain hours, and breakfast was a pleasant, simple meal at a nearby restaurant across the street. The staff was very knowledgeable.
The air conditioning did not function efficiently .

The venue was modern. I enjoyed the stay and the location was exceptionally nice. It is a short walk to the Tokyo Tower, which lights up amazingly at night, and the Sengaku-ji subway station. Good for those who come by Shinkansen as it is just one stop away from Shinagawa station.
