Had a great stay with a comfy bed and an air purifier in the room. One downside was the narrow room with limited space for luggage, but I would definitely return!

Recommended for couples looking for convenience
Great location, very close to the station, we got to central sights quickly! The free coffee in the lobby was a real pick-me-up, especially after a long day exploring! !
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess you pay for the convenience.

The air conditioner was broken during my stay, which made the last two nights unbearable as the weather warmed up. I opened the window, but unfortunately, this led to getting a few mosquito bites. Furthermore, the location near Sengakuji Station wasn't very convenient as it has only one elevator, making it quite a hassle when carrying luggage.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the subway station, making travel around the city effortless. The friendly and attentive staff ensured every request was met promptly, and the cleanliness of the room contributed to a comfortable stay. Access to nearby convenience stores added to the convenience. However, the room felt cramped, especially with two large suitcases, and the drying facilities could use improvement as they weren't very effective.

I stayed in a Double Room for 3 nights, and honestly, it was pretty decent. The bed was comfy, and the blackout blinds were a nice touch. I liked the fact that there was a laundry area too. However, the room felt a bit cramped with our luggage, which made moving around tricky. The location was good, close to metro stations. Staff was helpful. Overall, not bad, but a bit tight on space!

will be returning here soon.
The room had awesome amenities like air conditioning, a fridge, and a private bathroom with a bidet. Free toiletries were good too. The staff was super helpful. Plus, the spa facilities were a nice touch! Location was great—7-Eleven right next door and the subway station only a minute away. Very handy!

The room offered a decent size and was very clean, featuring cold AC, a mini fridge, and a comfy bed. The hotel’s location is prime, just a 1-2 minute walk from the Sengakuji train station, providing easy access to both airports on the rapid train. There was also a coffee machine available during certain hours, and breakfast was a pleasant, simple meal at a nearby restaurant across the street. The staff was very knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience.
The air conditioning did not function efficiently during the stay.
